What type of books do you buy?
Books we do buy:
- Used Books with normal wear
- New books
- Highlights or writing on pages
- Non Fiction books
- Stickers on cover/slightly damaged cover
- Binder Edition / Loose Leaf / A la carte : Books must be in original packaging, packed in a binder, or neatly packed together in order. If books are loosely put in box or a bag, we will not accept. Books must contain front and back cover and not have an rips or tears in pages.
Books we do not buy:
- Access codes
- Extremely damaged books
- Broken bindings
- Missing pages or loose pages
- International editions/instructor editions/Custom editions
- Books with extreme odor (smoke smell)
- Missing cover
- Water damage/staining on more than 10% of book
- Binder Edition / Loose Leaf / A la carte : We will not accept loose leaf books in which the pages are loosely packed in a box. They must be contained in a binder or original packaging. We will not accept any loose leaf books with tears or missing pages.
- Partial sets. You must send the complete set
- DVDs

- Counterfeit Textbooks
- International Edition Textbooks

Do I have to pay to ship my book?
No! Your shipping label is completely free. All you need to do is print the label that is already paid for and drop it off at the post office. There are no additional charges unless you want insurance.
How do I ship my books to you?
We will give you a FREE shipping label. You need to package the book up securely, place label on package, and take to your local post office or UPS store. You can also schedule a pick up with USPS. It will be shipped via USPS.
Do you buy International Editions?
No, we do not buy international editions. How do I sell my books?
Type in ISBNs of books you want to sell in the search area on the homepage. Put one ISBN per line. Press enter key after each ISBN. You can find the ISBN on the back cover of the book.
Once you checkout, let us know your contact information and how you prefer to be paid. We can offer payment by check or paypal.
Ship your books to us for FREE! Print your packing slip and FREE shipping label right from your computer. We ask that all books be shipped within 1 week of checkout.
Once we receive the books, we will mail you your check or issue your paypal payment within 24 hours.
Do you buy Instructor’s Editions?
No, we do not accept Instructors editions.
Do You Buy Ex-Library Books?
Yes, we do buy ex-library books. What condition do the books have to be in?
All books must be intact with no missing or ripped pages. We do not accept books that have strong cigarette smell or any other odors, major wear to binding, or major water damage. If you aren’t sure, you can email us a picture!
Highlighting, slight damage to cover, and marks inside book are okay.
What happens if my book does not have an ISBN?
We do not accept a book that does not have an ISBN, however , if you are having trouble finding it, send us an email. Why aren’t you buying my book?
We buy books based on market supply and demand. How long does it take to get paid?
It generally takes the post office 5-14 business days to deliver books. Once we receive books and inspect them (within 3-5 business days), we will issue your payment via Paypal or check. Paypal payments take 1 business day and checks take 7-10 business days to arrive.
Processing times will be longer during peak season times and holiday season.
How do I get paid through PayPal?
PayPal is a fast and secure way to transfer money electronically. To get paid through Paypal, all we would need from you is your email address. This option only works if you have a PayPal account! The money gets sent to your paypal.com account where you can safely transfer it into your bank account. Or you can choose to leave your payment in your PayPal account for future purchases.
